The services provided by property management companies are not always equal. Many real estate brokerage firms are primarily sales companies and manage rental property on the side. At Rowe, we ARE a property management brokerage first. Our company and staff are trained professionals in the management and leasing of residential and commercial real estate. Unlike many other brokerage firms, Rowe Realty does NOT own any rental units that compete with our owner’s rental property. Our owners never have to wonder where our loyalty lies. All units and owners receive equal priority. All commercial property is shown to prospective tenants by a licenses realtor. All leases have been reviewed by legal professionals to offer maximum enforceability.

All prospective tenant(s)s are screened for past rental history, credit history, and employment history.We advertise your property through newspaper, rental lists, multi listing service, internet, military web pages, Fort Benning Housing and Housing Authority (where applicable). We do move in and move out inspections and monitor the tenant(s) during their rental period.

We stay abreast of the rental market to insure maximum rental rates for your properties.
We collect all rents and forward them to you each month with a detailed statement.
We track all your expenses and collections and provide you with monthly and year end statements for your taxes and accounting records.

We offer 24 hour emergency service for repair needs. We have an in-house maintenance staff and an insured and certified list of licensed plumbers, electricians, heating/air contractors, etc. to service all repair needs. Whether the job is a leaking faucet or roof replacement, we can provide the experts necessary for the job.

We offer a full accounting service, included in our management fee, for the payment of any bills, from owner’s funds, pertaining to your properties. We can pay your mortgage, insurance, taxes and any other payments you direct from your rental income. By paying all your expenses, you have them included on your year end statement for easy tax reference.
